What is TE Highway?
TE Highway is a manual traffic exchange co-op. We take advantage of mass purchase discounts and buy large amounts of traffic credits from 50 of the top manual traffic exchanges. Our co-op member websites are then displayed to the members of these traffic exchanges. It is not a substitute for surfing but a value added enhancement.
How do I get started?
Click the Join Now button in the site navigation menu and complete our simple registration form and verify your email.
Can I sign up for more than one account?
No. You are allowed only one account.
May I join if I live outside the United States?
Yes, but your websites must be written in English. If people cannot read promotions because they are written in other languages the exchange would lose its effectiveness.
What payment processors do you accept?
PayPal and AlertPay.
How do I cancel my monthly membership payment?
Log into your PayPal or AlertPay account and cancel the recurring subscription.
How many visitors will I get to my website?
That depends on your level of membership. Co-op members will receive a monthly allocation of guaranteed hits based upon their level of membership.
May I use pop-ups in my promotions?
No.
May I use fly-in ads?
No.
May I use slide-in ads?
Yes, because they leave with the site.
May I use adult content?
No. Adult content (or links to adult or illegal sites) is not allowed. Members found to have this kind of content will have their account removed. For more details review our Terms of Service.
May I use a rotator?
No. If your website contains a rotator it will be rejected.
What if my site cannot be loaded into frames?
If a website breaks out of frames it cannot be listed in our network.
